Dear guests, this is Homii Team,

I hope that most of us are doing well under this Pandemic situation. As the current situation is unpredictable, and most flights out of Japan were either cancelled or delayed, most foreigners are straining without affordable accommodation in the upcoming period. Therefore, Homii would like to offer accommodations with a fixed affordable price for people in need.

Available rooms for are limited. Application form below ⬇️

Applied Condition:

  1. The program will run until July 31th, 2020. (Extendable depend on Government travel ban policies.)

  2. You must have a flight ticket to go back to your home country.

  3. Maximum booking date is until the end date of the program.

  4. One time payment for the period of stay. Refund available. Please check ou refund policy.

  5. Please note that Homii is a homestay service, where you will live with our wonderful host families.

Private Room

Price: 55,000 JPY per month*

*Note: 1 month = 4 weeks. 1 week = 13,750 JPY

Share Room

Price: 35,000 JPY per month*

*Note: 1 month = 4 weeks. 1 week = 8,750 JPY

Payment Procedure

  • One time payment calculated on the number of staying weeks.

    • Example: If Guest A stays for 1 month, 2 weeks, 3 days.

    • Total payment will be 1 month, 3 weeks.

  • No extra cost in refunding, if you book one time, you can secure the place for a longer period of stay.

Refund policies:

  • Refund: calculation based on remaining week.

    • Example: If Guest A pay 2 months fee but only stays for 1 months, 1 week, 4 days.

    • The charge amount will be 1-months-2-weeks-amount, so the refund will be 2-weeks-amount.
